WE LOST THE BATTLE - LET'S NOT LOSE THE WAR
When Wrapit went into administration last year, although my daughter lost the majority of her wedding presents, I didn't join the battle as, at the time, I believed it was a lost cause.
However, now that Pleaseandthankyou (Please&thankyou.co.uk) has been set up, I'm attempting to advise prospective customers of the background to the company

WHICH FORUM?
As far as I am aware there are two Forums relating to Wrapit Customers.
There is the Facebook Group -
Wrapit's wedding list service - worst customer service ever?
and
WrapitCustomers.com
Though there are concerns about the management of Wrapitcustomers.com - it does allow the posting of anonymous posts - which has resulted in us getting information from unhappy suppliers and ex-Wrapit employees, who are also equally angry at the PleaseandThankyou.co.uk start up .
Though I have been urged to set up a new forum I would prefer to stick with the two existing forums. What do you think?
